Why Do Women Do This?...?

Something boggles my mind about women in my town, first off I live in a small town, just about no one wears or/ knows what tommy jeans are or/ knows jordan (basketball), I'm handsome, take good care of myself, dress nice, have good fashion sense, have a good sense of humor, doing good in school, outgoing, etc. and I've noticed that women often look at me, most often their look goes it appears like it goes from who's that, then goes to resentment, like I spit in their face or something. I've told a close buddy of mine and he told me it's because 'I'm out of their league' that they don't like how I dress better than them and they're being stupid about it handling it the way they are acting like that, it seems all women are like this in this small town with a rarely once in a long while I meet someone who doesn't care what I wear and all that stuff that shouldn't matter too much, which I end up having a good romantic relationship with then ends due to other things (school too time consuming, etc.) and I'm now I'm starting to wonder are all beautiful women or most women that shallow or is it because I live in a small town and need to get move to a city to meet interesting down to earth women? I'd like to get your thoughts guys about what I've said, and thanks for the feedback
