Do girls wonder or are interested in this type of person?

He probably gives off a false sense of confidence, which girls are attracted to in general. And it is possible for girls to be attracted to someone and not know why...but if they think a good bit of his personality and presence is weird, I wouldn't say it's not attraction to him at all. I would say he intrigues them, and makes them interested in talking to him because of the weirdness, but attraction would not be why they keep going to him. Then again, it might just be that particular group of girls that are genuinely interested in him and are attracted to him...very hard to say without actually meeting your friend
