Can a Pediatric Neurosurgeon afford a 1.4 million dollar car?

Hey guys... I wanna be a Pediatric Neurosurgeon as I love the brain and love kids, however, I also love cars. I just wanted to know if a Pediatric Neurosurgeon would be able to afford a Bugatti Veyron. I know the down payment to buy it is 400k and then the monthly payments is around 14k a month which a Pediatric Neurosurgeon makes on average 40k - 70k a month depending on years of experience in my city (Chicago). I was wondering if a Pediatric Neurosurgeon would be able to afford this and if so how long would they be saving for? Also, I was wondering if saving for 3 years would be enough for the down payment, then just pay the monthly fees after that, as I will be makes 4-7x the amount needed to sustain the monthly bills on the car. So will it be possible for me as a Pediatric Neurosurgeon to drive the car of my dreams?
