Me and my friend both took the same test...... im confused.?

first off let me start by saying, "no i do not have the directions"..... long story lol. any who, me and a friend of mine took the same pregnancy test. i have no clue as to what brand (definently not name brand)..... the first line came through but nothing else for the both of us. this is my second month of taking this same test and a second line came in..... im condused because if it were to be positive, it seems like it would be a plus, rather then a line...... (the second window is a circle).... ummmm its a K-mart brand (if that helps any), i suppose i could go to a k-mart to find out but its 3 in the morning lol..... any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated :)
