Why do Mexicans and Spaniards have such a great ability to play soccer?

I mean, I know that thats pretty much all they do and stuff. But they just have a different kind of style. Like they both have players that are good, independantly. Italians and Portugese and England etc., they all have great skill but it seems to me that its just a different kind of skill. Like, those teams are good as a team, and the Mexicans and Spaniards are good, like by themselves. Is it just me, how bout yall?
