Can anyone help me with my low carb diet?

I am following a low-carb diet and, fingers crossed, so far so good.Especially since I don't find it to be impossible to follow.The only problem is my choice in foods.Dinner is absolutely no problem,i always have plenty of choices.Lunch can be a little challenging(I'm getting a little sick of the tuna salads),but breakfast is the real struggle.I mean,I can only eat bacon and eggs for so many days! I'm also on a pretty hectic schedule,so I don't have time for elaborate meals.I like simple ingredients that I can already find in my fridge or pantry.Any help please? Also, does anyone know how much carbs you're supposed to consume in a day for your diet to be considered low carb?
