Company's that use Aetna Health insurance?

Hi. My name is Ryan. I am uninsured and unemployed. I would really like to return to Aetna. I'm trying to get around having to pay full premium for it out of pocket. I would like to get on with a company that uses Aetna, but I can't find anything on the internet, and when I called Aetna they couldn't tell me anything. Does anybody know of any companies that use Aetna insurance? I am in Houston, TX and my resume is all retail. No management experience. Thanks.
