Ingrown hairs?

Whats the best way to get rid of ingrown hairs and the dots and pimples you get after waxing. I would love to wear a bikini in summer but can't because of my spotty looking bikini line. It sucks. Does anyone else have the same problem and what can I do to get rid of this. I would love to wear a bikini and feel y not shamed about my dots etc...
