If barrack obama gets elected shouldnt we take that as a sign that we no longer need affirmative action ?

if a black man can obtain the highest job possible with no racial motivation in his obtaining it ( which is what the obama supporters say ) and the only opposition is racially motivated ( also what they say ) then if he wins it should be evidence we no longer need that protection
