How can u tell if a boy likes u ?

theres this boy in my cl that i like he always talks 2 mii nd flirts buh then he goes to this other girl in my cl and does the same thing ....he has a six pack nd will let everybody else touch it except 4 mii nd i think itz b/c he feels if i touch him it would lead to other things sum 1 plz help mii so i kno if he likes mii or not
