Would you buy a house this close to power lines?

My husband and I just found the perfect house for us and our three boys. It's in a great neighbourhood and has a large yard. The only problem is that it is a little close to power lines. The power lines aren't right next to the house. There is a field, a row of houses a street and then another row of houses before our house. In other words the house is on the street after the street where the houses that back on to the lines are. I'd say the power lines are at least 400 ft away. You can't see the power lines from anywhere in the house. You could only see them a little from the back yard. We had an EMF reading done and everything is fine in terms of electromagnetic fields so I'm not concerned about health issues. My main concern is resale. So here is the question: Would you buy a house that close to power lines?
