Could the Phillies (or other Philly teams) ever have bandwagon fans?

That last stat is your answer no Major Sports titles in the past 25 years in any major sport. McNabb is getting old and is the Eagles whole frachise and really haven't had it together since they lost the Super Bowl in Jacksonville. The Phillies if any team has the most bandwaggoners due to thier success the past 2 years and they have some very likeable guys on thier squad. The Flyers haven't had a team since Lindros was healthy and the Sixers since Iverson left haven't had a team. It's just hard to have bandwaggoners when your teams don't win championships or have winning teams.
