What should I do to hasten the repair of my flooded 5 month old Nissan Sentra GX 2009?

It has been 3 months now since I first brought my car for repairs at Nissan Gallery at Libis and they have been giving me the run around. The car is covered by the AOG insurance (as it was flooded). The casa seems to be very inefficient in terms of essing the required parts for replacement, costing it and faxing it to the insurance for the go ahead (LOA) which then just be the cue for requesting the parts to NMPI, which in turn excuses itself saying that the parts are to be imported blah blah blah. I can’t seem to find a decent sleep and I just can not accept it to myself that there is nothing else that can be done to accomplish a very simple task. Three (3) months has ped and the excuse of importing the parts is no longer comfortable. It is very disturbing that I am just waiting mercilessly, pitifully and hopeless for some kind of miracle to happen for such a tangible, realistically possible repair of a flooded car.
