What is this japanese word?

..i've been watching japanese dubbed anime's for some time now and there is this japanese word that sounded and meant like the tagalog word "ASAR", i'm not sure. When this is uttered by the characters, the subtitle reads "dammit", "****" or simply stating that the character is pissed off.. anybody who can tell me that word?
