What do I do when I recieve the error: java(TM) plug-in fatal error?

When I try to access my sprint picture mail which I have been able to do until now I get a message that says enable java script to my browser when I try I recieve message that java runtime enviroment cannot be loaded ( Java TM plug-infatal error. With my Sun Java Console I recieve this to I show that this is downloaded in my control panel and updated. Please help!!!!!!
