Three Totem Poles on a hill in East Belfast, Northern Ireland!!! Does anyone know why they are there?

I have been noticing them as I drive along the road towards Stormont each day, and I would love to know if there is a story behind them. I am sure there must be a very interesting tale about them. Who even owns them??
