My ex signed the first two sets of custody papers only to be rejected by the judge...?

because of technicalities....she signed them and i signed them...i fainally got the wording right that the judge was looking for. and now she doesn't want to sign them....will the judge sign off on these new papers without her signature? she hasn't shown up in court at all, and we are both pro-se. It was friendly at first when she had custody...now she is facing felony child neglect charges and DHS gave me custody of the kids...the judge wanted DHS to sign off the visitation schedule but they have closed the case. BUT...she is still facing the charges picked up by the DA...I have made two attempts to file these papers giving me custody, and now that she knows DHS dropped the case, she is refusing to sign this new set of papers...the only difference in any of these, is some specific phrasing that had to be in there (i.e. why the kids were relocated, Her VIN number and a the percentage of medical bills was phrased wrong but has not changed in amount...
