Coughing, Chest Pain, Headache, no fever, since 25th, should I try third time to see doctor?

I went to a doc ten days ago, he said it was just a virus. Tried to get in at the ER, waiting would have been over 15 hours. I do not have health insurance, just moved to San Antonio, only been on job for three weeks. I have a severe cough, chest pain, head ache, shortness of breath, etc, etc. I am pretty sure it is Bronchitis, as I had it only ten months ago. I have allergies to tree pollen which is really bad down here. I am taking OTC meds, etc, trying to rest, sleeping is poor, can't lay down without pain. Should I call up the doc monday and quarrel with them to get me in on an urgent basis or wait a week to see if I get better or die?
